A complete lack of sound management in the vicinity!!! Poor furniture maintenance and malfunctioning door sensors need urgent attention!!! Elevate the food quality, as some dishes served were not even edible!!! Security concerns should be prioritized!!!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Cali Ciudad Jardin. Its location was fantastic, nestled near two important shopping centers, Jardín Plaza and Unicentro, making my shopping excursions easy and enjoyable. The cozy sun terrace was perfect for relaxation.

the staff seemed more interested in their personal lives than helping guests, what a treat! My room had no view, just a wall. Definitlely thought as a premier guest I'd receive a welcome gift or a nice room upgrade. instead, I was just another number in their system. almost wrote a glowing review, but couldn’t, what a shame!

i had a pleasant stay at hilton garden inn cali ciudad jardin. the location is fantastic, very close to two shopping centers, making shopping super easy. the staff was really good at solving issues and were always ready to assist. i also enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi.
the room could use some maintenance.
